Warranty Terms & Return Policy

1. General Provisions and Timeframes

  • Warranty Period: Products listed on MASTERPC.GE come with a warranty period ranging from 1 month to 1 year (the specific period is stated on the product description page).
  • Effective Date: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. The exact date and duration are recorded on the payment receipt provided to the customer with the item.
  • Service Location: Warranty service is provided at the store address specified on the payment receipt.
  • Service Timeframe: Testing of the submitted item and provision of service will be completed no later than 15 business days.

2. Returns and Warranty Obligations

  • Order Return: An item can only be returned if MASTER PC violates service rules, delivery deadlines, or warranty terms. In all other cases, sold goods are non-returnable.
  • Refunds: Upon approval of a return request, a full refund will be issued to the customer no later than 10 business days.
  • Defect Discovery: Upon confirmation of a factory/technical defect, the following replacement hierarchy applies:
    1. Direct Replacement: The defective product is replaced with a new item of the same model.
    2. Alternative Replacement: If the exact model is unavailable, the product will be replaced with an item from another brand featuring identical specifications and value.
    3. Refund: If the store cannot replace the item with an identical or equivalent alternative, the customer will receive a full refund.
  • Transportation: To receive warranty service, the customer is responsible for transporting the item to and from the service center.

3. Warranty Service Will NOT Be Provided If:

  • The product’s warranty period has expired.
  • The payment receipt is not presented, or the details on it have been erased or altered.
  • Physical and External Damage: The item is broken, cracked, dented, burned, melted, and/or shows liquid/moisture penetration.
  • Power Grid Issues: Damage is caused by voltage fluctuations (when voltage falls outside the 220–230V range).
  • Improper Operation: Manufacturer recommendations were violated (e.g., use of an insufficient power supply unit, inadequate cooling, etc.).
  • Software Issues: The problem is caused by an operating system (Windows) virus infection, deletion, or system failure.
  • Monitor Dead Pixels: The number of defective pixels on the monitor screen does not exceed 3 units.
Important Note: To receive warranty service, you must present the payment receipt alongside the item. If the customer violates the warranty conditions, claims will not be considered.
